Strategy Whole Life Insurance from American National Life Insurance Company of Texas

This plan offers three benefit designs:

• The healthiest risks will be placed into the Level Benefit where the death benefit is an immediate 100% of the face amount.
  Maximum Level Benefit is $50,000

• Those with more risks will be placed into the Graded Benefit* where, in the first year, the benefit is 30% of the death benefit, and in the second year, the benefit is increased to 70% of the death benefit. In the third year, and thereafter, the benefit is 100% of the face amount.
  Maximum Graded Benefit is $25,000

• Those with severe risk will be placed into the Modified Benefit* that will pay 110% of the premiums paid in the first and second year. In the third year, the benefit is 100% of the death benefit.
  Maximum Modified Benefit is $25,000

*Graded Benefit and Modified Benefit policies will pay 100% of the face amount in the first and second year if the insured dies of accidental death.

Once approved, Strategy Life provides life insurance coverage until the 121st birthday, as long as the premiums are paid. At the 121st birthday, the face amount will be paid to the insured.
